Sara Santos
Sara is an Agile Coach with more than 10 years of experience in IT companies in several areas. Her journey began as a Social Worker, working with diverse social problems and managing some teams and institutions. However, the “tech bug” was there and made her change her career path in 2010, when she decided to graduate in Computer Engineering at ISEP. That is the area where she feels fulfilled. She has been an Agile Coach for more than 7 years, coaching and empowering teams to be more productive and supporting companies on their Agile Transformation, building great products and delivering value to their customers/users.

In a time when many companies are reevaluating their work models, the need to discuss team autonomy becomes crucial. Full remote, in person or imposing in-office days, this is the new era that fosters companies to rethink the way they work and their team management strategies. This workshop will address the importance of building team autonomy and its relationships based on trust, providing some guidelines on how to implement autonomy and have productive teams.
