Filipa Ferreira
Filipa Ferreira is a Senior Director at Talkdesk, holding responsibilities as the Global Head of Employee Experience and overseeing Portugal’s People Strategy and Operations. Filipa combines practical experience in a technology and international company with research and teaching. She actively collaborates with the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto, as an external researcher and with Porto Business School, teaching in Executive Education Programs and working with MBA students in Career Design. With more than 15 years of experience in People Management, Filipa has developed her career in several areas and types of companies. Filipa has a master’s degree in Psychology, holds a post-graduation in People Management, and recently concluded her MBA at Porto Business School.
