Workshop| Women in the Design and Product Workplace Ecosystem: Listening and Empathizing

This workshop will start with an explanation of empathy concepts and will be followed by a practical exercise in which each participant practices a listening session method (based on practical tips) in order to discover some challenges faced by these professionals on a daily basis. This methodology can be used either in ux and product practices to understand users' needs and guiding principles as well as a leadership tool to understand teams dynamics.
