Olga is a Success Manager and a Career Coach.

She strives to help her clients identify their strengths and goals, create actionable plans for achieving their career aspirations, and provide support and guidance as they navigate the job market and advance in their careers.

Olga has always been greatly motivated by helping people achieve their goals, teaching and tutoring.

Despite having an education in the natural sciences field, Olga was able to switch her career 180 degrees and started working remotely in IT in 2016. She worked as a project and account manager. After working with a coach herself, she started her brand new position: Success Manager. Success Manager can mean a lot or nothing to different people, but for this particular role, it is a combination of recruiting, HR, and staff coaching. Olga found a calling in this field and is happy as ever to help people find their job and become better at it. Olga keeps constantly educating herself in career coaching and coaching in general. IT is an ever-changing industry that requires constant learning and adaptation.

Olga works remotely with everyone regardless of their location. However, her home base is Lisbon, Portugal, where she lives with her dog and cat.
